Amorepacific Group is setting its sights on bold growth as it celebrates its 80th anniversary. The South Korean beauty giant announced a new mid-to-long-term vision on September 8, outlining plans to achieve 15 trillion won ($11 billion) in revenue by 2035.
At the company’s founding ceremony in Yongsan on September 4, Amorepacific unveiled its new vision slogan, “Create New Beauty,” along with five key strategies designed to drive the next phase of growth. Central to this ambition is expanding its global reach—Amorepacific aims to secure a top-three position in the premium skincare institutional sector and lift overseas sales to 70% of its total revenue.
The strategy is anchored in five initiatives: Everyone Global, targeting core markets across Korea, North America, Europe, India and the Middle East, China, Japan, and the broader Asia-Pacific; Holistic, strengthening its integrated beauty portfolio; Ageless, advancing biotechnology-driven anti-aging solutions; AMORE Spark, fostering organizational agility and innovation; and AI First, embedding artificial intelligence across operations, from R&D and marketing to logistics and sales.
In particular, the company plans to invest heavily in biotechnology to pioneer next-generation anti-aging technologies in areas such as damage prevention, aging delay, and structural improvement. AI will also play a transformative role, reshaping both internal processes and customer experiences.
Chairman Seo Kyung-bae emphasized the company’s long-term commitment, stating, “As beauty creators who have ventured into and shaped new realms of beauty, we will present unique beauty that transcends age and time. Over the next decade, we will grow into a global representative beauty and wellness corporation with revenues of 15 trillion won($11 billion).”
