Recently, Breitling CEO Georges Kern has made a personal investment in Soeder, a Swiss natural skincare company known for its sustainable and high-end personal care products. In addition to joining Soeder’s board, Kern’s involvement aims to help the company expand into new markets and increase its global brand presence.
Kern, who has a background in luxury goods and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), was drawn to Soeder’s dedication to completely natural ingredients and its ethical stance. As a loyal customer, he praised the company for its sustainable practices in a market crowded with synthetic products.
Founded in 2013 by Hanna and Johan Olzon Åkerström in Zürich, Soeder produces high-quality soap and skincare products with an emphasis on sustainability. All products are made in-house, and the company promotes zero-waste through a refill concept for its packaging. Soeder is already present in over 500 stores across Europe, the U.S., and Asia and partners with notable hospitality brands such as SWISS International Air Lines and Hotel Amour Paris.
Konrad Bergström, Soeder’s Chairman and founder of other innovative companies like X Shore, highlighted the significance of Kern’s involvement, noting that his support reinforces the growing trend toward natural, sustainable products in the beauty industry.
