Recently, Luzhou Laojiao held a new product launch event in Beijing, introducing two series of products: “Chinese Distillers’ Grains Beauty” and “Chinese Clear Liquor.” Among them, Luzhou Laojiao’s “Baidiao” Distillers’ Grains Beauty series launched three major products: facial masks, shower gel, and shampoo.
According to the information available, Luzhou Laojiao is a large publicly listed Chinese Baijiu (white liquor) company. In September 2020, Luzhou Laojiao made it into the list of China’s Top 500 Enterprises.
It is reported that in recent years, Luzhou Laojiao’s research and development team has focused on the direction of Chinese-style, natural, and healthy product upgrades, continuously studying “derivatives of Chinese distillers’ grains.” The newly launched Luzhou Laojiao “Baidiao” Distillers’ Grains Beauty series positions itself as “Chinese Distillers’ Grains Beauty,” focusing on the core ingredients derived from Chinese distillers’ grains and exploring their skincare, beauty, and nourishing values.
It is worth noting that this is not the first time Luzhou Laojiao has explored the beauty field. As early as 2016, Luzhou Laojiao collaborated with the Fragrance Library to launch a co-branded perfume. In 2020, they also released the Luzhou Laojiao Distillers’ Grains Revitalizing and Repairing Facial Mask. However, the introduction of personal care products such as shampoo and shower gel is a first for Luzhou Laojiao.
