Recently, Coty has announced the promotion of Nadège Vignaud to the role of Managing Director of Coty France, effective immediately. Vignaud, who succeeds Mathieu Dufresne—now heading Coty’s operations in China—joined the company in 2019 as Global Consumer & Market Insights Director for the luxury division. Her strong performance led to her appointment as Vice President of Global Commercial Strategies, Portfolio, and Business Development in December 2022.
During her tenure at Coty, Vignaud has been pivotal in strengthening relationships with international selective perfumery distributors, contributing significantly to the company’s portfolio management strategy. Coty praised her efforts in enhancing the operational quality of the Prestige division’s innovation plans, further solidifying her reputation as a key leader within the organization.
Before joining Coty, Vignaud had a diverse career, including serving as the Head of Cosmetics Purchasing at Harvey Nichols’ Doha branch from 2016 to 2018. She also gained valuable experience at Nestlé, where she worked as the Head of Marketing in France.
In her new role, Vignaud is set to steer Coty France, a key market for the cosmetics giant, which houses its fragrance production site and is home to over 35 iconic brands, including Chloé, Burberry, and Boss. Reflecting on her promotion, Vignaud expressed her pride in leading Coty France, emphasizing her commitment to driving growth and furthering the company’s mission of creating innovative, high-performance beauty products.
