Revlon is continuing its executive overhaul with the appointment of Amber Garrison, a longtime Estée Lauder executive, as president of Elizabeth Arden and fragrances. Garrison, who most recently served as global brand president of Origins, will step into the role on October 1 in New York.
Her remit will include overseeing Revlon’s fragrance portfolio, which spans licenses with Ice Spice, Christina Aguilera, Juicy Couture, John Varvatos, and Palm Angels, among others. “Revlon is an iconic company with an iconic portfolio of brands — I believe this is the pivotal moment for the company to supercharge and accelerate growth,” Garrison said. She brings more than a decade of experience at Estée Lauder, where she worked across brands such as Bumble and bumble before leading Origins.
The hire comes as Revlon charts a new course following its emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy and the end of the Perelman family’s decades-long leadership in 2023. Since then, CEO Michelle Peluso and other key hires, including Colgate-Palmolive alum Dana Medema as president of North America, have been assembling a fresh leadership team. “With Amber on board, we are solidifying a world-class leadership team that is shaping Revlon’s next chapter,” Peluso said, praising her “brand-building brilliance” and “deep empathy for consumers.”
According to report, Revlon recorded about $2 billion in 2024 sales, is leaning on Elizabeth Arden’s heritage and global strength to drive momentum. The company has marked the brand’s 115th anniversary with activations and promotions this year, while also announcing upcoming fragrance launches with Ice Spice and Palm Angels for 2026 and 2027. “I’m honored to lead Elizabeth Arden’s next chapter,” Garrison added. “It’s a powerhouse brand with such strength in innovation and science to meet the moment and build even more consumer loyalty and desire in the world.”
