Recently, Memo Paris has announced that Marc-André Heller, a former L’Oréal Group executive, will be appointed Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2026. He will succeed co-founder John Molloy, who currently serves as Chairman of the French niche fragrance house.
Founded in 2007 by Clara and John Molloy, Memo Paris is recognized as a pioneer in the world of niche perfumery, celebrated for its artistic approach and travel-inspired creations. Its fragrances, known for their intricate compositions and evocative accords, are distributed in more than 40 countries. The brand also operates its flagship boutique at 24 rue Cambon in Paris’ 1st arrondissement.
A Swiss national and graduate of HEC Lausanne, Heller joined Memo Paris as Global Chief Commercial Officer in September 2024. He brings nearly two decades of experience in luxury cosmetics, having held key roles at L’Oréal in Switzerland, Paris, and Canada.
“His expertise in marketing, retail, and e-commerce, combined with his proven leadership and managerial skills, have already contributed significantly to Memo Paris since his arrival,” the company shared in a LinkedIn post. “In his new role, his strategic vision and leadership will be central to driving the continued growth and international development of the niche fragrance house, in close collaboration with the brand’s founders and its talented teams.”
As CEO, Heller will focus on strengthening Memo Paris’s international footprint and accelerating the brand’s digital and e-commerce growth, building on its reputation as a creative and luxurious destination in modern perfumery.
