Recently, Frasers Group has acquired a majority stake in Miami-based luxury retailer The Webster, marking a significant step in its expansion within the global luxury market. Founded in 2008 by Laure Hériard Dubreuil, who will retain a significant share and continue to lead the company as CEO, The Webster is known for its curated selection of high-end fashion and lifestyle brands, including Chanel, Gucci, and Saint Laurent.
Founded in 2008, The Webster operates 13 stores across North America and carries over 100 luxury brands, including Chanel, Sisley, Orveda, and Francis Kurkdjian.
Under the new partnership, it will continue to operate as a standalone business within Frasers Group’s Flannels division, maintaining its distinctive identity while gaining access to Frasers’ extensive resources.
The acquisition is expected to enhance The Webster’s operational efficiency and digital capabilities, as well as accelerate Frasers Group’s strategy to expand its luxury retail footprint and strengthen its presence in the North American market.
