Yesterday, French fashion designer Agnès b. is making a comeback in the fragrance industry with the launch of a new perfume line, following the signing of a global and exclusive licensing agreement with Extend Beauty Paris. This partnership, sealed last year, marks a significant milestone as the brand celebrates its 50th anniversary.
The first fragrance under this new venture is set to debut in autumn 2025. Developed in collaboration with perfumer Isaac Sinclair, the scent will be available in two concentrations—eau de parfum and eau de toilette. Inspired by Agnès b.’s world and personal olfactory memories, the fragrance will feature a base of syringa and saffron.
Agnès b. first entered the perfume market in 1987, two years after founding her ready-to-wear brand. Her debut fragrance, “b,” with its white floral notes and signature hammered-heart bottle, became a beloved classic and was reinterpreted in 2007 for its 20th anniversary.
The new perfume will benefit from selective distribution in France and internationally. It will be available in Agnès b. boutiques and through Extend Beauty’s retail network, which spans 4,500 points of sale across 80 countries.
