Recently, Inolex has appointed Miao Wang as Vice President of Research, Development, and Commercialization, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable innovation in beauty and personal care. Wang brings extensive expertise from leadership roles at L’Oréal and Dow Chemical, where she spearheaded global initiatives in green science and disruptive ingredient technologies.
At Inolex, she will focus on advancing the company’s green chemistry platform and accelerating the development of next-generation sustainable ingredients. “Miao is a highly accomplished scientist and strategic business leader with a keen ability to bring bold, transformative projects to life,” said Art Knox, President of Inolex. “She has a talent for building a strong R&D pipeline, from ideation through end-to-end product development, and for creating an innovation roadmap that accelerates speed-to-market.”
Wang previously led L’Oréal’s Green Science Acceleration initiative, driving decarbonization strategies, resilient feedstock solutions, and high-performing ingredient innovations. She also played a key role in delivering breakthrough technologies that supported global product launches, earning recognition for identifying and capitalizing on white space opportunities in the market.
