Recently, Kering Beauté has announced the appointment of Stéphane Perrault as its new chief financial officer. The executive shared this update on LinkedIn.
Before joining Kering Beauté in June, Perrault served as the group CFO at Maison Ferrand, a French fine spirits maker, from October 2022 to June 2024. His extensive experience also includes roles as CFO at La Bouche Rouge, an eco-luxury beauty brand, and at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, where he worked on a freelance basis. Notably, from 2016 to 2019, Perrault was the CFO for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and the global CFO for fragrances at Shiseido.
Kering Beauté has been strategically strengthening its executive team. In late April, Alexandre Choueiri was named president and chief operating officer of Kering Beauté Americas.
One of the group’s primary goals is to bring its beauty licenses back in-house, a strategy already implemented for brands like Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato, and Qeelin. Kering Beauté is set to launch a high-end fragrance range for Bottega Veneta next fall, with Balenciaga and McQueen perfumes slated for release in 2025. Additionally, Kering Beauté recently made a minority investment in Matière Première, a niche fragrance brand, following its acquisition of the niche fragrance brand Creed in June 2023.
