The company revealed that it has not only signed agreements to export to the Mongolian and Russian markets, but is also preparing to enter the region by setting up a joint venture with a local Malaysian company.
Today (August 17), according to BusinessKorea, South Korean beauty brand La Boutique Bleue Cell Beauty (LBB) has signed an export agreement with China’s Shinwha Group worth 800 billion won.
The signing of this agreement means that the two parties have entered into a strategic partnership and will make every effort to expand the online and offline channels of LBB’s cosmetics, devices and other businesses in China. Currently, LBB has confirmed access to nine duty-free stores in China, including Hainan.
In addition, the two companies are discussing the expansion of project and investment partnerships with Shinwha Group subsidiaries and partners, including the establishment of LBB spas, medical centers and manufacturing plants. Not only that, LBB also plans to participate in the Guangzhou International Beauty Expo this September.
Lee Su-jin, CEO of LBB, said, “The partnership with Shinwha Group will further enhance our competitive edge in the global beauty market.”
Notably, the company revealed that it has not only signed agreements to export to the Mongolian and Russian markets, but is also preparing to enter the region by setting up a joint venture with a local Malaysian company.
LBB is said to be a spa beauty brand that specializes in natural food-grade ingredients, with products such as masks, lotions, essences, ampoules and shampoos.
