Recently, Guangdong Hui Xiang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Hui Xiang Biotech”) successfully won a land parcel for an industrial project in Sanshui District, Foshan City, for a total bid amount of 41.2 million yuan ($5.74 million). The land will be used for the construction of cosmetic manufacturing, metal packaging container, and material manufacturing projects, with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan (167.1 million).
It is reported that the land parcel covers approximately 58.76 acres and is intended for the construction of a functional fine chemical manufacturing project with a total investment of about 1.2 billion yuan. The fixed asset investment is 600 million yuan, and it is estimated that the project will achieve an annual output value of 1.1 billion yuan after completion. The relevant person in charge stated that they will accelerate the project’s construction, improve the full chain services for major projects, and strive to achieve early commencement and production.
Public information shows that Hui Xiang Biotech was established in July 2023, with Gu Naxin as the legal representative. Its business scope includes domestic trade agency, sales of chemical products (excluding licensed chemical products), sales of machinery and equipment, among others. It is worth noting that Gu Naxin is also the legal representative of Guangzhou East Asia Packaging Products Co., Ltd., which is a company specializing in the design, research and development, production, and sales of aluminum aerosol cans. Their clients include Watsons, Xueyalu, and others.
