Today (May 7th), according to reports, OUAI, a premium hair care brand under Procter & Gamble (P&G), has announced that Hannah Beals will succeed Colin Walsh as the new CEO. Colin Walsh will continue to serve as the CEO of P&G’s Specialty Beauty division.
Public information shows that Hannah Beals has been with OUAI since 2016, serving as the Director of Marketing. From 2019 until May of this year, she held the position of Chief Brand Officer at the company.
It is worth noting that in December 2021, P&G announced the acquisition of OUAI, aiming to enter the high-end hair care market. Founder Jen Atkin will continue to serve as the brand’s Chief Creative Officer. According to industry insiders, OUAI’s net sales in 2021 exceeded $50 million and exceeded $80 million in 2022.

The brand has a global sales network with over 17,000 stores in countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
