Recently, Shiseido has announced the appointments of Alberto Noé as EMEA President & CEO and Franck Marilly as EMEA Chairman, both effective from March 1, 2024.
Since 2018, Franck Marilly has held the position of President & CEO of Shiseido EMEA. For over 6 years, he has demonstrated transformative leadership and strong business acumen, contributing to a long list of successes. He has also built a solid senior management team while promoting a collaborative and engaging environment. In his new role, Franck Marilly will provide mentorship and strategic guidance to Alberto Noé, the new EMEA President & CEO, and will contribute to the company’s growth in close collaboration with the Group’s headquarters in Tokyo. Additionally, he will lead the expansion of the global fragrance business, seeking and seizing opportunities in regions and distributors, exploring and pursuing strategic possibilities for Shiseido’s growth and success.

It is stated that Alberto Noé assumes the role of President & CEO of Shiseido EMEA starting from March 1, 2024. In his new role, Alberto Noé will be responsible for defining and implementing the EMEA regional vision and developing a strategic plan in line with the overall Group strategy. Alberto Noé joined Shiseido in 2013 as the Country Manager for Italy. Later, he was appointed as Deputy EMEA CEO. Most recently, as Deputy EMEA CEO, he achieved double-digit revenue growth and successfully maximized the innovation pipeline. Prior to that, Alberto Noé held various management positions within LVMH, Chanel, and L’Oréal in Italy. “I would like to thank all the people at Shiseido who have accompanied me throughout my career in this fantastic Group.
