Today (October 17th), SK Chemicals announced that it has signed a letter of intent with Estée Lauder Companies to provide circular recycling solutions. Under the agreement, SK Chemicals will supply ECOTRIA CR and SKYPET CR (using advanced recycled materials) as well as ECOZEN CLARO (suitable for inclusion in recycling streams), and Estée Lauder Companies will utilize the materials provided by SK Chemicals to develop packaging.
SK Chemicals and Estée Lauder Companies plan to gradually increase the use of recyclable materials in their products. This initiative will not only help Estée Lauder achieve its sustainable packaging goals but also accelerate the sustainable development of the global cosmetics packaging market.
