Judydoll’s Parent Company Surpasses RMB 5 Billion in Retail Sales in 2025

Today, Chinese beauty company Joy Group announced its full-year results for 2025. In 2025, Joy Group’s retail sales exceeded RMB 5.1 billion, while revenue surpassed RMB 4.3 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 22%. The group’s portfolio includes its core brands Judydoll, Joocyee, and René Furterer, as well as emerging brands such as Biohyalux and Foltene.

According to Joy Group, in 2025, Judydoll’s global retail sales exceeded RMB 3 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of over 18%. The brand has ranked No.1 in color cosmetics sales in China for three consecutive years. In the Chinese market, cumulative sales of Judydoll’s lip mud products have surpassed 23 million units, while its highlight and contour palettes have exceeded 33 million units in total sales.

In overseas markets, Judydoll has also maintained strong momentum, achieving more than tenfold growth over the past two years. Its highlight and contour palette, for example, has won more than 10 major awards across globally recognized platforms and media such as @cosme, LOFT, Qoo10, and Konvy.

In North America, Judydoll’s TikTok Shop ranked among the top 15 stores in the color cosmetics category in May. In Japan, the brand has entered more than 15,500 key local retail outlets. In Southeast Asia, Judydoll opened its first two standalone stores in Singapore and ranked No.1 in sales efficiency per square meter within the color cosmetics category at Watsons stores where it is present. In Vietnam, the brand secured the No.1 position in the color cosmetics category during TikTok Super Brand Day, ranked No.2 across the fast-moving consumer goods sector, and placed among the Top 5 beauty brands on Shopee during the Double 12 shopping festival.

Joy Group’s other core brand, Joocyee, achieved record-high global retail sales, with brand revenue growing by more than 15%. In 2025, Joocyee’s lip products sold over 18 million units worldwide and ranked No.1 among domestic lipstick brands on Tmall for three consecutive years. Three of its hero products—multi-use cream, lipstick pencils, and solid lip gloss—each generated over RMB 100 million in sales.

In terms of offline and channel expansion, Joocyee increased its number of standalone stores in China to six in 2025, opened its first overseas standalone store in Singapore, launched its first offline pop-up store in Shanghai, and successfully entered more than 120 Sephora stores.

In addition to color cosmetics, Joy Group has also delivered strong performance in hair care. The company disclosed that René Furterer, a hair care brand it acquired in 2024, recorded a year-on-year sales increase of over 30% in 2025, firmly ranking among the Top 2 premium hair care brands. In 2025, Joy Group also acquired the Italian scalp science brand Foltene, further strengthening its presence in the hair and scalp care segment.
