Kenvue Appoints New Asia Pacific President

Today, Kenvue Inc. has announced a leadership transition in its Asia Pacific operations, appointing Anindya (Andy) Dasgupta as Group President for the region, effective July 14, 2025. He will succeed Ellie Xie, who will remain with the company briefly to support a seamless transition.

The Asia Pacific region contributed approximately $3 billion in net sales in fiscal year 2024, and Mr. Dasgupta will be tasked with accelerating Kenvue’s growth trajectory across the diverse and rapidly evolving markets in the region. He will lead a fully integrated, end-to-end team focused on delivering superior consumer experiences by harnessing the power of technology, data, and science.

Mr. Dasgupta brings nearly three decades of experience across global consumer product companies including GSK, PepsiCo, Fonterra, and Imperial Brands. Most recently, he served as Chief Consumer Officer at Imperial Brands, where he played a pivotal role in launching the company’s non-tobacco business stream.

In addition, his previous roles include Global Head of Consumer Business at Fonterra, where he grew its dairy portfolio from $1.1 billion to $3.2 billion in under five years, and Global Senior Director of Beverages at PepsiCo, overseeing the $32 billion non-carbonated beverages business. He is also the founder of Growth Officers Inc., a consultancy focused on helping private equity-backed firms identify acquisition targets and unlock growth.

Mongon also expressed gratitude to outgoing leader Ellie Xie, noting, “Ellie was instrumental in establishing Kenvue as a standalone company in Asia Pacific. She successfully reshaped our regional portfolio, enhanced digital capabilities, and scaled a new social and ecommerce model across all markets.
