Yesterday, according to report, Sonsie Skin, the mindful beauty brand co-founded by actress Pamela Anderson, has named Kailey Bradt its new chief executive officer as the company enters its next phase of growth.
Bradt, who has been with Sonsie since 2023, steps into the role following what the brand describes as its “strongest” year to date. She succeeds co-founder Roberto Felipe, who previously held the CEO position.
With a background in chemical engineering and experience as a founder of Susteau and Syndeo, Bradt brings both scientific expertise and entrepreneurial insight. Her first launch as CEO will debut next month, expanding Sonsie’s vegan and cruelty-free range beyond its current four-product portfolio.
Founded in 2023 by Roberto Felipe and Marie von Behrens-Felipe, Sonsie welcomed Anderson as a majority owner in 2024. The brand has positioned itself as a champion of clean, sustainable beauty with a deeply personal ethos.
“It’s an honour to work alongside Pamela, she is such an inspiration,” Bradt said. “When I joined Sonsie, I immediately fell in love with the vision to shift this conversation. It began as a true family business, and now it is time to take that same spirit and scale it into our next chapter of growth.”
Anderson praised the appointment, adding: “It is important to me that I support other women building the future in this wild beauty world. Kailey is a true innovator – and a real believer in what is next for ‘clean’ beauty and sustainability. I want to champion that.”
