Procter & Gamble (P&G) is set to vacate its namesake office building in Toronto, a significant move as the consumer goods giant downsizes from its expansive 90,000 square foot office at 4711 Yonge Street. P&G has not provided any comments regarding their relocation.
According to a report published by React News, the 16-storey, Class-A office tower, constructed in 1987, holds a LEED platinum certification and is equipped with modern amenities including seven elevators, car-charging stations, and a café.
While specific pricing for the P&G space hasn’t been disclosed, comparable spaces in the building, such as the 15th floor, have an asking net rent of $21 per square foot. Additional rent for a 23,000 square foot space is set at $23.61 per square foot, and Suite 902, which is 17,000 square feet, has a similar rate.
The availability of the P&G office block, effective February 1, 2025, presents a significant opportunity for potential tenants, particularly those in the life sciences and data center sectors. The space boasts a substantial power supply of 25 watts per square foot and podium signage is also available.
