Recently, Revlon Group has announced the appointment of Ralph Marshall as its new chief information and digital officer, effective April 1. Marshall will report directly to Michelle Peluso, the New York-based beauty giant’s CEO. He replaces Paul Smith, Revlon’s outgoing chief information officer, who is set to leave his position next month.
Marshall brings extensive experience in retail and media, with expertise in various technology platforms, including emerging technologies. His career has been defined by a strong ability to align technological initiatives with business goals. Prior to joining Revlon, he served as global CTO at Merlin Entertainments and held key leadership positions at Starbucks, McDonald’s, and Marks & Spencer, where he specialized in operations and technology.
“We are thrilled to welcome Ralph to the Revlon team,” said Peluso. “His global perspective, passion for mentoring teams, and deep technical expertise will be critical as we work to unlock the long-term growth potential of our brands.” She also expressed gratitude to Smith, acknowledging his contributions to Revlon’s digital advancements.
Revlon, which emerged from bankruptcy in May 2023, remains a major player in beauty, with a diverse portfolio that includes Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, Mitchum, CND, American Crew, and several prominent fragrance brands.
