Supermodel Kate Moss is set to debut her first-ever make-up collection, adding another chapter to her storied career in the beauty and fashion industries. The new range, which will feature mascaras, eyeshadows, blushes, and lipglosses, will be sold under Moss’s own name.
While specific product details have yet to be disclosed, documents obtained by The Mirror suggest the brand may also expand into eyewear and stationery. The trademark for the collection was filed by Moss in December 2023 and was approved in March 2024, indicating a well-planned and highly anticipated launch.
Moss is no stranger to the beauty world. In 2016, she collaborated with Rimmel London to celebrate her 15-year partnership with the brand, releasing a collection of lipsticks and nail polishes in timeless nude and red shades. In 2023, she joined forces with British singer-songwriter Elton John to headline Charlotte Tilbury’s festive campaign and make-up collection.
This new business venture builds on the success of Moss’s wellness brand, Cosmoss, launched in 2022 in partnership with brand incubator Warsaw Labs. Cosmoss offers a variety of products, including face creams, cleansers, and two teas inspired by Moss’s English garden, featuring ingredients like hibiscus, rosemary, and nettle leaf. The brand also includes Sacred Mist edp and a Golden Nectar antioxidant oil with CBD, reflecting Moss’s personal wellness journey and her role as the majority shareholder.
In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Moss has been an active ambassador for the British Beauty Council since October 2023. In this role, she has been dedicated to raising the global profile of the UK beauty industry. “Beauty is more than skin deep,” Moss remarked. “It’s the heartbeat of the creative industry that’s helped build my career, and the careers of so much creative talent, from hair and make-up stylists on set to the magicians behind the brands.”
