Yesterday, Arcade Beauty has appointed Jorge Garcia as president of North America, effective February 6, 2025. Garcia succeeds Trevor Deighton, who recently retired after serving as SVP general manager of the region. In his new role, Garcia will oversee operations across North America, working closely with the commercial teams to enhance value for customers, partners, and employees.
Carl Allain, president and CEO of Arcade Beauty, expressed confidence in Garcia’s ability to drive the company’s North American operations forward, noting his leadership, strategic vision, and deep understanding of the business. Garcia joined Arcade Beauty in 2020 as executive vice president and global CFO, playing a pivotal role in the company’s financial leadership and growth initiatives.
Before joining Arcade Beauty, Garcia held the CFO position at RAB Lighting, Inc. and D&M Group, and has extensive experience in accounting and finance from his time at KPMG. He is also a certified public accountant.
Reflecting on his appointment, Garcia shared, “I am honored and excited to lead the North America business at such a pivotal time for Arcade Beauty. The talent and dedication of our team is extraordinary, and we are well-positioned to continue to serve the evolving needs of our customers.”
Headquartered in New York City, Arcade Beauty offers a portfolio of over 30 technologies, serving more than 400 international beauty brands from its 12 global facilities.
Last year, Arcade Beauty and Intercos China, a leading OEM/ODM cosmetics company, are excited to announce a strategic partnership agreement aimed at enhancing its competitive edge to support the local Chinese market.
