Ashland Inc., a leading provider of additives and specialty ingredients, has announced key executive appointments within its personal care and specialty additives divisions.
Jim Minicucci, formerly the senior vice president overseeing strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio management at Ashland, will now serve as the senior vice president and general manager of the personal care division.
Starting April 15, 2024, Dago Caceres will assume the role of vice president and general manager for the specialty additives division at Ashland. Caceres brings a wealth of experience from previous leadership positions at prominent companies such as IFF, DuPont, Dow, Rohm and Haas, and FMC.
Before joining Ashland, Jim Minicucci held various leadership positions in notable companies. He served as the senior vice president overseeing global specialty gases at MERCK KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. Before that role, he led businesses at Versum Materials and was responsible for corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions at Air Products. Jim also gained experience as a leader in the chemicals and industrial practice at Marakon Associates, which is a part of Charles River Associates. Earlier in his career, he worked at Rohm and Haas and The Gillette Company.
