Recently, Beijing BLOOMCARE Biotechnology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Beijing BLOOMCARE) was approved for the establishment, its shareholders are Tianjin Yihua Management Consulting Limited Liability Company, a subsidiary of Yuehua Entertainment, and Beijing Bloomage Haiyao Technology Co. (a subsidiary of Bloomage Biotech). On January 19 this year, Yuehua Entertainment was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
