China’s Wealthiest Livestreamer: Xiaoyangge Takes First Place, Li Jiaqi Ranks Third

Recently, according to the 16th China Internet Big Data Ceremony, which released the list of the top 50 influential internet anchors in terms of income-generating ability in China, the top spot goes to Xiaoyangge with an annual net income of 3.2123 billion yuan ($447.6 million), followed by Xinba in second place with 3.0553 billion yuan ($425.7 million). These are the only two anchors with annual net incomes exceeding 3 billion yuan ($418 million).

Li Jiaqi, known as the “Number One Taobao Live Streamer,” ranks third with an annual net income of 2.2725 billion yuan ($316.6 million), while the team of Xinba’s Dandan ranks fourth with an annual net income of 1.9864 billion yuan ($276.8 million). Looking at the net income amounts, there is a sharp decline after the top five. Dong Yuhui, who ranks sixth, has an annual net income of 523.6 million yuan ($72.96 million).

Of note, according to CHAILEEDO data, DoraDosun, which topped the December eye care brand rankings on Kwai with a GMV of 112 million yuan, has its founder Li Haizhen also on the list, ranking 18th with an annual net income of 169.9 million yuan ($23.67 million). Another popular skincare brand on Kuaishou, Dinessr, founded by Mao Qiqi, ranks 38th with an annual income of 86.2 million yuan ($12 million).
