Yesterday, Dior announced that it took over the spa at The Little Nell in Aspen. It is the only one five-star, five-diamond hotel in Aspen. The parternership will be from June 13 to September 2. For the first time, the iconic brand is launching an alpine spa experience in the United States by taking over the spa.
This strategic move taps into the burgeoning resort market, which has seen a surge in luxury consumer spending. According to a recent Savills report, luxury store openings in resort destinations doubled in 2023, with Aspen leading the pack in terms of the number of luxury boutiques, including Dior.
Olivier Hann, general manager of international retail and spa development for Christian Dior Parfums, highlighted the uniqueness of this venture, stating, “For this occasion, we took over the Spa and outdoor pool with the Dior Toile de Jouy Soleil, featuring a selection of our iconic and high-tech treatments. ”
The Dior spa at The Little Nell offers a mini boutique stocked with a selection of fragrances and skincare products from Dior’s prestigious Prestige and L’Or de Vie lines, as well as their baby line. Guests can indulge in nine different treatments, ranging from 60- to 90-minute facials and massages inspired by acupressure and deep tissue techniques, to two comprehensive 240-minute treatment protocols.
