Laure de Metz brings a wealth of expertise in the prestige beauty brand industry, spanning over two decades. De Metz embarked on her career in Paris, where she held positions at esteemed establishments such as YSL Parfums and Estee Lauder Companies. Over the past ten years, she has been an integral part of LVMH, most recently serving as the General Manager, Americas for Benefit Cosmetics.
