Formerly at LVMH and Estée Lauder, Laure de Metz Appointed as CEO of Fragrance Brand Henry Rose

Henry Rose, the renowned genderless fine fragrance brand founded by Michelle Pfeiffer, announce the appointment of Laure de Metz as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With a remarkable journey as a direct-to-consumer brand since its inception in 2019, Henry Rose has witnessed exponential growth under the guidance of Debi Theis, who will continue to serve as President. This strategic move to bring on board Laure de Metz as CEO aims to propel the brand’s momentum even further, building upon its solid foundation and fostering greater global recognition for its unwavering commitment to 100% ingredient transparency in the realm of fine fragrances.

Laure de Metz brings a wealth of expertise in the prestige beauty brand industry, spanning over two decades. De Metz embarked on her career in Paris, where she held positions at esteemed establishments such as YSL Parfums and Estee Lauder Companies. Over the past ten years, she has been an integral part of LVMH, most recently serving as the General Manager, Americas for Benefit Cosmetics.
