Recently, Give Back Beauty has taken the reins of Britney Spears’ fragrance line, starting from January 1, 2025. The Italian beauty group is now officially responsible for the creation, development, marketing, and global sales of Spears’ iconic fragrances, including Curious, Fantasy, Prerogative, and Circus. With a comprehensive plan in place, Give Back Beauty aims to elevate the brand to “new heights” and expand its global presence.
This new partnership marks a significant shift following the termination of Revlon’s long-standing licensing deal for Britney Spears’ fragrance line, which began in 2004. After a legal dispute, including a lawsuit in August 2023, Revlon and Give Back Beauty reached an agreement, with Revlon transferring certain intellectual property rights. With this transition complete, Give Back Beauty is poised to build on Spears’ fragrance legacy and introduce fresh innovations to her product lines.
Corrado Brondi, founder and Chairman of Give Back Beauty, shared his excitement about the new venture, emphasizing a focus on sustainable growth, global expansion, and staying true to the authenticity of Britney Spears’ brand. “We will bring Britney’s fragrance and beauty business to another level,” he said, promising a robust roadmap that will elevate the brand over the next three years.
Spears herself expressed her excitement about the partnership, noting that her fragrance business has always been a personal connection to her fans. She also praised Give Back Beauty for its strong ethical standards and commitment to social responsibility. “I am excited to bring more beauty into the world with Give Back Beauty,” she said.
The future of Britney Spears’ fragrance line looks promising, with new products slated to debut in 2026, and Give Back Beauty’s expanding fragrance portfolio, which also includes acquisitions like AB Parfums and partnerships with brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Mercedes-Benz.
