Yesterday (October 26), Hermès announce the opening of its second store in Chengdu, marking its thirty-third store in mainland China.
Situated in the renowned shopping center, SKP Chengdu, within the Chengdu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, the store spans two spacious floors constructed with a combination of glass and stone surfaces. Upon entering, visitors can see the women’s products on the first floor. The right half of the floor displays a array of silk products, including ready-to-wear garments, shoes, hats, belts, as well as jewelry and watches. On the left side, visitors can see fashion jewelry showcased. Additionally, they can visit in the range of beauty and fragrances.
With the opening of this new store in Chengdu, Hermès strengthens its presence in China, further enriching the retail landscape and offering a remarkable shopping experience for its discerning clientele.

Currently, Hermès Beauty has flagship stores on China’s mainstream e-commerce platforms such as Tmall and JD. According to Hermes’ latest financial report, Hermes revenue from the perfume and beauty business was 367 million euros ($387.4 million) in the first 9 months of 2023, an increase of 8.4% at constant exchange rates.
