Yesterday (September 21st), it was reported that H&M has signed its first global makeup artist, Raoúl Alejandre, as part of its beauty business development, and is relaunching its makeup line.
“We believe that Raoúl’s classic yet modern interpretation of beauty aligns perfectly with the new direction of H&M Beauty,” said Maria Sadowska, Global Head of Category for H&M Beauty. “We believe that his expertise and creative vision will elevate our new products to a new level.”
Alejandre will be reimagining the creative aspects of the makeup products for upcoming advertising campaigns by H&M. The new H&M makeup line will be available on October 19th in selected H&M stores and on their official website, featuring products such as mascara, blush, and lipstick.
