Yesterday, Revlon announced that it partner with Palm Angels to sign a global fragrance-licensing agreement. Palm Angels is set to make its scent debut after signing agreement with beauty giant Revlon. The multi-year partnership will see Revlon develop and distribute Palm Angels eau de parfums for men and women—along with complementary scented ancillaries—beginning in 2027.
The deal marks a pivotal next step for the Milan-born label, founded in 2015 by creative director Francesco Ragazzi and celebrated for fusing American skate culture with Italian craftsmanship. Now under the umbrella of U.S. brand-management firm Bluestar Alliance (which also recently acquired Off-White), Palm Angels is positioning fragrance as the natural extension of its lifestyle universe on the eve of its tenth anniversary.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Revlon to create Palm Angels’ first permanent fragrance collection,” said Joey Gabbay, CEO of Bluestar Alliance. “Revlon’s expertise and capabilities allow us to enter the category with confidence.”
For Revlon, still in expansion mode after a string of recent licensing wins—including an collaboration with Grammy-nominated rapper Ice Spice—the alliance adds fresh prestige cachet to its scent portfolio. “As we accelerate Revlon’s fragrance business, Palm Angels is a fantastic partner who will help us reach new, high-end audiences across new geographies and retail channels,” noted Revlon CEO Michelle Peluso.
