According to WWD, Andrew Stanleick, a seasoned executive in the beauty and consumer health sector, has taken on a new role as President of Skin Health and Beauty at Kenvue Inc. for North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In his position, he will manage prominent brands such as Neutrogena, Aveeno, and OGX across these regions.
Charmaine England, Kenvue’s Chief Growth Officer, expressed enthusiasm for the appointment, highlighting Stanleick’s extensive experience in driving growth and digital transformation within global multi-brand portfolios. With over 20 years in the beauty, skin health, and fashion sectors, Stanleick is anticipated to play a pivotal role in strengthening Kenvue’s position in key markets.
Stanleick himself shared his excitement, recognizing Kenvue’s heritage as a leader in consumer health. “I look forward to helping these brands reach more consumers in new ways in 2025 and beyond,” he remarked.
Previously, Stanleick was CEO of BeautyHealth, where he oversaw the company’s flagship Hydrafacial device. His career also includes executive roles at Coty, where he led the Americas division and was instrumental in the Kylie Jenner Beauty and Kim Kardashian ventures. Earlier, he served as President and CEO of Coach for Europe and South Asia.
Kenvue, spun off from Johnson & Johnson in 2023, focuses on consumer health. Despite a slight decline in second-quarter sales with net sales of $4.0 billion decreased 0.3%, the skin health sector presents a significant growth opportunity. Starboard CEO Jeff Smith emphasized the untapped potential for revenue growth and margin improvement, especially within skin health.
