Yesterday, M•A•C Cosmetics has announced the appointment of Emily Bromfield as the new Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, effective immediately. Reporting directly to Aïda Moudachirou-Rébois, the Senior Vice President and Global General Manager of M•A•C Cosmetics, Bromfield will oversee the brand’s global marketing strategies across various categories and channels.
Bromfield brings a wealth of experience from her extensive career, which includes significant roles at global beauty giant L’Oréal and various entrepreneurial ventures. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director at Dr. Barbara Sturm, where she played a critical role in driving the brand’s rapid growth, leading to its acquisition in January 2024. Before that, Bromfield was a key member of the founding team at Charlotte Tilbury Ltd, where she was instrumental in shaping the brand’s market strategy, positioning, and social media presence.
In her new role at M•A•C, Bromfield will be responsible for expanding the brand’s global presence, with a focus on both established and emerging markets. She will lead initiatives in storytelling, product innovation, and creating immersive consumer experiences. Additionally, she will serve as a key global partner to M•A•C’s regions and affiliates, helping to enhance the brand’s positioning and elevate consumer engagement worldwide.
