In a move signaling a strategic expansion into the women’s health market, Nameless CPG, a leading Austin-based consumer packaged goods company, has announced its acquisition of Wile, a pioneering startup specializing in supplements tailored for women experiencing perimenopause and midlife hormonal transitions.
Although precise financial details remain undisclosed, it has been confirmed that stakeholders and investors of Wile will obtain a stake in Nameless CPG as part of the acquisition agreement.
Prior to this acquisition, Wile had garnered significant attention and support within the industry, securing an impressive $3 million in pre-seed funding. Notable backers included Serena Ventures, Springdale Ventures, as well as distinguished angel investors Sara Bright and Coyote Ventures. Wile’s products had also achieved notable market penetration, with a presence in global retail giant Whole Foods Market, offering nine distinct product variants.
Founder and CEO of Wile, Scholibo, expressed her sentiments regarding the acquisition via a LinkedIn post, stating, “I am so glad I got to go on this ride and be a part of changing the narrative for mid-life women.
