Recently, Shiseido Americas Corporation, a subsidiary of the global beauty powerhouse Shiseido Company, Limited, has announced the appointment of Edward Fox as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for the U.S. market.
In this new role, Fox will oversee U.S. domestic sales and sales-related infrastructure for Shiseido Americas’ prestigious portfolio of luxury beauty brands, which includes Clé de Peau Beauté, Shiseido, NARS, Drunk Elephant, Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Hermès, and Tory Burch Beauty. He will report directly to Ron Gee, President and CEO of Shiseido Americas.

Fox’s appointment comes with more than 25 years of experience in the luxury beauty industry, having worked in L’Oréal’s Luxury Division, where he held key roles across a range of high-profile brands, including Ralph Lauren, Lancôme, Kiehl’s, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Valentino, and Viktor & Rolf. His extensive experience spans the fragrance, skincare, and makeup categories, having held executive positions in marketing, sales, and management. Since 2022, Fox has also been leading the Tap Project, a company focused on helping businesses optimize growth through customer recruitment, engagement, retention, and key account management.
