German flavor and fragrance supplier Symrise has recently entered into a partnership with Israeli biotech company Synergio, acquiring a minority stake in Synergio. The price of the transaction has not yet been disclosed, but Symrise has indicated the possibility of acquiring a majority stake in Synergio in the future.
