Recently, The Sunday Times released UK Beauty Rich List in 2025. Charlotte Tilbury has claimed the top spot in The Sunday Times UK Beauty Rich List, reaffirming her status as a powerhouse in the industry. With her eponymous beauty brand—now owned by Puig—valued at over £1 billion, Tilbury’s personal wealth is estimated at £350 million, making her the wealthiest beauty entrepreneur in the country.
The newly released list features 30 industry figures who have built substantial fortunes, collectively amounting to nearly £2.2 billion. It includes both well-known and emerging names, with 19 women and 14 men making the cut—14 of whom are in their twenties or thirties.
Following Tilbury, the second-place position goes to Mark and Mo Constantine, the founders of high street retailer Lush, with a fortune of £249 million. Sanjay Vadera, the force behind The Fragrance Shop, ranks third at £245 million, while international haircare icon John Frieda takes fourth place with £150 million. Rounding out the top five is Vishal Karia, the entrepreneur behind Afinity Fragrances, with a net worth of £114 million.
Other notable names in the top 10 include Medik8’s Elliot Isaacs, Toni & Guy’s Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck, and P Louise’s Paige Williams, all tied at £100 million, as well as Tropic Skincare’s Susie Ma (£73 million) and GelBottle’s Daisy Kalnina (£70 million).
