Anhui Chinaherb Flavors & Fragrances Co., Ltd (Chinaherb), a Chinese flavor and fragrance enterprise, released its annual report for 2023, reporting revenue of 206 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.72%. The net profit attributable to the company’s shareholders was 41.0359 million yuan, up 8.81% year-on-year.
In terms of product types, the revenue from cooling agents in 2023 was 157 million yuan, with a gross profit margin of 35.08%, representing a 13.7% year-on-year increase in revenue. Synthetic fragrances generated a revenue of 27.5051 million yuan in 2023, a decrease of 6.9845 million yuan from the previous year, with a decline rate of 20.25%. Processing income was 8.2125 million yuan, an increase of 2.006 million yuan from the previous year, with a growth rate of 32.32%, mainly due to market conditions. Revenue from natural fragrances in 2023 was 8.97 million yuan, up 13.01% year-on-year. Overseas revenue was 32.9715 million yuan, an increase of 5.1999 million yuan from the previous year, with a growth rate of 18.72%, mainly due to the company’s increased overseas sales efforts.
