Yesterday, global beauty giant Coty has announced a series of leadership changes as it continues to push forward with its multi-year transformation plan under CEO Sue Nabi.
Jérôme Auvinet, who has been with Coty for nearly 18 years, has been promoted to lead digital innovation. Formerly the director of information technology and commercial services, Auvinet is widely credited with advancing Coty’s digital capabilities and cybersecurity frameworks. “Jérôme’s visionary leadership continues to shape the future of beauty tech at Coty,” the company said, emphasizing his role in accelerating data-driven innovation across the organization.
Meanwhile, Stéphane Delbos, Coty’s chief procurement officer since 2021, has been appointed director of performance and operational excellence. In this newly expanded role, Delbos will lead the implementation of Coty’s “All In To Win” strategy—a sweeping transformation plan designed to deliver $370 million in savings over fiscal years 2026 and 2027. His promotion comes shortly after the company revealed plans to eliminate approximately 700 roles in an effort to streamline operations and improve agility amid recent quarterly losses.
To succeed Delbos, Coty has elevated Fatima Zahri to director of purchasing operations. Zahri, who joined Coty in 2023 from pharmaceutical firm MSD, brings a strong track record in strategic sourcing and organizational agility. The company said her leadership will be pivotal in enhancing global sourcing resilience and supporting sustainable growth.
