In 2021, she became the deputy general manager of L’Oréal in Russia and was subsequently promoted to general manager.
Vianney Derville, president of L’Oréal’s Europe region, expressed confidence in Sobiecka’s ability to adapt quickly to the Italian cultural environment and contribute to the ongoing modernization process of L’Oréal Italy.
In the third quarter of fiscal 2023, L’Oréal reported a revenue of €10 billion, representing a notable increase of 4.5%.
