Revision Skincare has named Lisa Paley, a seasoned leader in health and consumer goods, as its new chief executive officer. The appointment, announced Thursday, signals the brand’s intent to accelerate its next phase of growth with a focus on innovation and global expansion.
Paley joins from Haleon, where she oversaw personal health powerhouses like Advil and Sensodyne, and brings more than 25 years of leadership experience at consumer wellness giants including Johnson & Johnson and GSK.
According to Matt Farron, partner and co-head of the consumer division at parent company Gryphon Investors, Paley will spearhead efforts to broaden Revision’s geographic footprint while strengthening its innovation pipeline. “Her experience building science-backed brands across the consumer health, wellness and beauty spectrum makes her the ideal leader to accelerate our business in the US and key global markets,” Farron said.
Paley noted that market conditions are ripe for growth as health and beauty continue to converge. “I look forward to building on Revision Skincare’s legacy to bring even more transformative skin health solutions to professionals and consumers,” she said.
