Recently, global consumer products giant Unilever has unveiled its new U.S. headquarters in Hoboken, New Jersey, signaling a strategic move for the post-pandemic era. Situated at the Waterfront Corporate Center on 111 River St., this sleek new office marks a significant downsizing from its previous suburban location in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
The multinational company, known for iconic brands like Ben & Jerry’s, Dove, and Hellmann’s, has leased approximately 111,000 square feet at this modern complex owned by SJP Properties.
This relocation underscores Unilever’s adaptation to a more agile and collaborative work environment, accommodating hybrid work schedules and fostering innovation.
According to report, this news headqurters offered a full-service salon for brands including Dove, TRESemmé and Nexxus. President of Unilever USA and CEO of Personal Care North America, Herrish Patel, emphasized the strategic advantages of the move, highlighting proximity to talent pools and vibrant urban amenities that support the company’s evolving operational needs.
