On November 8th, IMEiK announced that it has signed a Distribution Agreement with Jeisys Medical Inc. from South Korea (“Jeisys”). IMEiK has been granted the exclusive rights for the promotion, distribution, sales, and related services of Jeisys’ medical aesthetic treatment devices and consumables, including Density and LinearZ, in Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). This agreement designates IMEiK as the sole distributor in Mainland China.
The agreement came into effect on the day of formal signing by authorized representatives of both parties and will be valid from the effective date until ten years after the products obtain regulatory approval. IMEiK has agreed to pay a deposit of $1 million and will have the option to use this amount as a product purchase payment after obtaining the NMPA product registration certificate.
Through this collaboration with Jeisys, IMEiK will introduce two non-invasive anti-aging skin treatment devices that are already in the commercialization stage in South Korea to the domestic market in China. This move aims to achieve product registration and commercial sales in China, expand IMEiK’s medical aesthetics product pipeline, enrich the company’s portfolio of medical aesthetic dermatology products, and establish a presence in the field of medical aesthetic dermatology.
Public information indicates that Jeisys is a highly regarded and rapidly growing manufacturer of skin medical aesthetic devices in the medical aesthetic equipment market. The company has a diversified product pipeline in areas such as ultrasound, radiofrequency, and lasers. They operate in over 40 countries and regions, including the United States, China, Japan, and Europe. Jeisys is the largest producer of medical laser aesthetic devices in South Korea and is currently listed on the KOSDAQ stock exchange.
